With the mechanical aspects of the device now complete, and the motors subassembly parts now machined - it is once again time to put the full assembly together.
We started off by arranging the 9 Motors on the webs (arranged to have 5 on the bottom web and 4 on the top web). Great effort was taken to organize the wires from each motor neatly onto the breadboard. Then we assembled the motor/pixel subassembly by first attaching the coupling to the motor shaft, then attaching the threaded rod to the other end of the coupling, and finally threading the pixel onto the threaded rod.
And now, with the 4 walls put onto the device, the TerraTable is officially assembled and ready for the symposium!
